**Customers outside of Europe have to check with local authorities if encrypted data is allowed to be received, we can send the data unencrypted on request; Customer will need TrueCrypt to decrypt the USB stick. OS supported by Truecrypt: http://www.truecrypt.org/docs/?s=supported-operating-systems ,Truecrypt needs to be installed and downloaded from http://www.truecrypt.org
*** If enough space is available the customer can request to add a non-compressed backup of their public_html data and database to be added.

Procedure:
- Customer order our "Physical-Backup Service (PBS)" option.
- Ticket for progress report is created.
- We create and validate the Backup.
- We Encrypt the Pendrive and write data to the stick.
- Verify the working of the stick.
- Check if payment is received.
- We seal the bag with Pendrive.
- We send the USB-stick with our National postal service to the by you specified address.
- Ticket will be updated that the USB stick is send.
- When the customers receives the USB-stick they will update the ticket.
- We provide the encryption key by ticket.
- You can decrypt the data on the USB stick.
