Cloudflare; China Datacenters

Cloudflare took a large step towards China, however due to regulation reasons currently only Enterprise customers of Cloudflare will be able to activate this region, this will be changed in the coming time according to Cloudflare, however you will still need an Internet Content Provider (ICP) license number to be allowed to serve your content in this region.

If your company is relying heavily on China and you must have a local presence there, you may want to check out the cloudflare page about this subject at the Cloudflare website

Cloudflare starts out in the following 17 Datacenter Locations: Qingdao, Fuzhou, Hengyang, Dongguan, Shenyang, Luoyang, Hangzhou, Jiaxing, Tianjin, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Langfang, Xian, Nanning, Zhengzhou, Shijiazhuang, and Foshan.

In the months ahead, they will continue to expand their footprint in the country, and expect that by the end of 2016 there will be more locations in mainland China than exist across all the rest of CloudFlare’s network today.
