A kind reminder to all our customers about our Sales and Support during the year, while we work 24×7 to keep everything running smoothly we have some weeks in the year we have limited or no sales agents available. Hiring more in the future is possible but not if this would mean raising our prices. Hence we have holiday schedule.
Sales and support will be limited available during the following dates
(emergency ticket support only):
- Easter Holidays 14 April till 28 April (24×7 emergency ticket support only)
- Summer Holidays 12 July till 25 August (this will be adjusted to a much shorter period when we have the exact dates due to internal planning, but within in this period)
