Holidays of 2018/2019

While our support team will be available 24×7 for your emergency tickets we want to bring you up to date what you can and what you can’t expect during our company scheduled holiday seasons.

So what can you expect during our Holidays ?

  • Our Sales department will be closed (Sales includes: all new services bought and upgrades but also includes i.e. transfers of websites to our servers, also Invoicing and Payments)
  • Our Dutch Support will not be available, please use our English ticket queue.
  • Our International Ticket Queue is available 24×7, while limited staffed we will answer each ticket as soon as possible. Please do keep this to emergency tickets only.

During the below date our Sales team is not available and support will be limited available for emergency tickets only (i.e. server down, service down)

  • 20 July till 31 July 2018

Please do note that we will assist you whenever possible during these times but also try to respect the holidays of our employees; if you have a problem we help that is who we are, but sometimes things may not be urgent and we gladly help you with that as from the 1st of August again.

From 1st of August up to 19th of August our sales will be limited available but we will assist you with any sales related questions as soon as possible, this time will also be used to answer questions which may have come in during the sales closure mentioned above.

Opening times Holiday Season

Sales will be closed on the following days, our support team is available for emergency issues as usual 24×7 all days of the week

18/12/2015 Friday ; sales closed ; support team available for urgent issues
24/12/2015 Thursday ; sales closed ; support team available for urgent issues
25/12/2015 Friday ; sales closed ; support team available for emergency issues only.
26/12/2015 Saturday ; sales closed as normal; support team available for emergency issues only.

From 28/12/2015 till 30/12/2015 sales will be limited available ; support team available for urgent issues.
From 31/12/2015 till 03/01/2015 sales closed ; support team available for emergency issues only.
From 04/01/2016 till 08/01/2015  sales will be limited available ; support team available for urgent issues.

Note that sales is never available during the weekends, only during business hours from Monday till Friday from 09:00 CET till 16:00 CET, outside these hours sales support is not a guarantee however we often do look in our mailboxes and assist where possible.

Summer Holidays 2015

Dear customers, please note that during July 16th and August 8th 2015 our Sales and Administration will be closed for Holidays.
While our support department will be available 24×7 during this time some technical tasks related to Sales or Administration may take longer to be resolved.

Even though the sales department is closed we will try to assist you the soonest possible with any issues assigned to these departments.

Holiday Season – Limited Sales Support

The Summer holidays have started and as every year this means our Sales and Administration department will be limited available.

Please note that sales and administration will be closed from 12th of July 2014 till 31st of July 2014 ; during this period our sales team may answer your inquiries when possible but answers may take longer as you are used to.

Our Technical support team is available 24×7 as usual through our ticket system.
